AMENDING YOUR BOOKING
You can amend or cancel a booking yourself up to 72 hours before your meal at JoJo’s by following the link in the confirmation email we’ve sent you. After 24 hours, if you haven’t called us to cancel and you’re a ‘no-show’ we really don’t want to take your money, but will have to take £30 per person from your card. Any problems we’re here on 01227 274591. No-shows cost us big time – thank you for your support and understanding.
Please be aware that if you can’t find the confirmation email, have a look in your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders and just add our email address to your contacts and that will insure all emails go into your inbox.
By making a reservation for JoJo’s you agree to our deposit, reservation and cancellation terms.
Just to clarify that the £30.oo is not a deposit it is only taken in the event of a no-show. Don’t worry your Bank details are safe with us.
TABLE SIZES
When booking please ensure your party size is correct as you will be assigned a table based on the number of people you specify. Bigger tables are sometimes available for parties of more than 6. Please contact us to discuss your booking.
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking giving 24 hours notice or less, or if you don’t show up, then the £30 per person will be charged.
We politely ask that you are at JoJo’s and ready to be seated by the time of booking – please telephone us on 01227 274591 if you are running late. We hold tables for 15 minutes and after that it will be released if we have not been contacted and your card will be charged.
Dietary Requirements
To ensure that we can cater for you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies prior to your visit. **If an EpiPen is required you must bring your OWN EpiPen to be served.**
Doggies
We do NOT allow DOGS in the restaurant except GUIDE dogs. We have a small non-bookable terrace and dogs are welcome out there, when the space is available. And the weather is fine of course.
CHILDREN
Kids are welcome at JoJo’s – Please include children in your party numbers. We don’t provide highchairs, but you are welcome to bring you own chair booster seats etc.
